Rick Rodgers, CEO
Rick Rodgers is a devoted husband and father of four children from Cleveland, Ohio. He is the CEO of L.I.F.T. and holds certifications as a Christian Mental Health Coach and a Christian Life Coach. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Rick is also a published author and is currently working on his second book, “Lessons Learned From a Dead End Road”.
Curt Kelly, Business Partner, Chief Financial Officer, and Secretary of Board
Husband and Father of two children from Eastlake, Ohio
Business partner of K.U.R. Consulting Inc. 501 (c) 3, parent company of Bridge Street Outreach. Registered and Licensed Dietitian with experience in Healthcare Clinical Nutrition. State of Ohio, certified “ServSafe” Food Safety and Sanitation instructor. He is experienced in healthcare operations, state and local regulatory compliance. Acted as preceptor or coordinator for clinical and food service internship rotations from local universities and with a remote learning internship program. Also, he held a leadership role in local churches and new church plants since the early 1980’s. Favorite bucket list vacation is recreating a road trip to Alaska with his wife as co-pilot!
Rich Bennett, Spiritual Liaison and Restoring Broken Vessels Advisor
Husband and father of six children, four were adopted from Cleveland. Pastor of Care and Fellowship at North Olmsted Evangelical Friends Church. Primary responsibilities include pastoral care and visitation, missions/outreach, and overseeing recovery ministries and the Care to Share Fund. Pastored churches and served the needs of the community since 1986 in Massachusetts and Ohio in a variety of ways. Over the years, have partnered with other churches, food pantries, ministries locally, nationally, and internationally to serve the needs of others.
Chuck Hirsch, Business Owner, State Farm Agent
I am a husband and father of seven daughters, one of which was adopted from Cleveland. I have also been a foster parent for seven years. I am a State Farm Agent who assists clients with insurance and financial services. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Religion and Philosophy from Roberts Wesleyan College and am an elder at Christ the King Vineyard Church in North Olmsted.
Suzanne Hrusch, MPH, REHS
Suzanne recently retired from public health after 31 years of experience as a public health sanitarian. She has worked in food protection, emergency preparedness, food defense and a variety of other environmental programs. She currently serves as the Director of External Affairs at the Cuyahoga County Board of Health where she enjoys utilizing her communication and community engagement experience.
Her professional background also includes catering experience, educating professional chefs at the International Culinary Arts and Science Institute in Chesterland, Ohio, and working as a welder at Lincoln Electric.
Suzanne earned her Bachelor’s degree from Walsh University in Comprehensive Science, and received her Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Management with a concentration in Leadership and Organizational Change from Kent State University. She is a working adjunct professor, having experience in both online and in-person environments with Case Western Reserve, Kent State and Northeastern Universities.
Angela C. Henderson R.S.
Angela C Henderson graduated from Xavier University of Louisiana in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Chemistry.
Angela has spent thirty years at the Cuyahoga County Board of Health, adapting to various roles in public health. Her focus on developing educational and training programs for diverse populations across multiple program fields showcases her flexibility and readiness for new challenges. She currently oversees the Preconception Stakeholders Group and served as Vice Chairperson on a board of a Nonprofit serving women in transition. She furthered her education and is a graduate of the International School of Ministry. She is passionate about education and assisting others in making dreams become a reality.
